CO-OP MULE - BROKEN CLOCK BREWING & FOREMOST BREWING CBC COLLABORATION
A big aroma of lime and orange, with an incredibly soft head. The flavor starts off with the lime, is quickly followed by the orange and then finishes subtly with ginger. As the beer warms up, the ginger takes a bigger role in the flavor. An American Wheat Ale that will make you think of summer. - Thank you Broken Clock!

BOB'S BADA** BOCK
An heirloom recipe steeped in tradition. Bob’s Bada** Bock recipe was perfected by Bob Flynn & passed down to his son, our Head Brewer, Terrence. Bob’s Bock is brewed with German malts & German hops that come together to create this traditional Bock.
DAWN OF THE RED - Irish Red
Wicked smooooooooooth malt flavor with hints of toasted biscuit.
Light in color, smooth as can be, and easy to drink. This is a simple classic.
BOB'S DRY IRISH STOUT - On Nitro
Irish Dry Stout is a dark beer with emphasis on coffee--like roasted barley and a moderate degree of roasted malt aromas. It's served on nitro and won't be available in crowlers or growlers.
BLOCKHEAD NUT BROWN ALE
The Nut Brown Ale is deep mahogany in color. It has a rich, malt-forward flavor profile that balances notes of biscuit, mild cocoa and earthy hops.
RASPBERRY KETTLE SOUR
Jam packed with raspberries and a tart finish; this Kettle Sour is certain to brighten your day.
DOC BROWN PORTER
The Porter is legendary English lore as this malty brown was a favorite among river porters, but now Doc Brown is bringing the porter back to the future! The Doc Brown Porter has flavor notes of roasted malts without the burnt qualities and has a mild bitterness.
HELMET HEAD IPA
It's a little tropical, a little fruity, a little hazy and packed with flavor.
COLD BLOODED COLD IPA
With the body of a light Lager & the flavor of a Hazy IPA, this IPA doesn't mess around. Sneaky and cold blooded, get this Cold IPA before it gets you.
As part of a silent auction item for the Young Life Cake Auction back in 2019, Todd Wasieleski, Darren Zempel, Jeff Glynn, & Paul Borasch got to spend the day down in the brew house brewing up this Cold IPA.
Made with 60lbs of local Sorensen honey! 100% Pilsner Malt & Czech Saaz hops were used in the createion of this Tripel. Light & Smooth taste with the expected classic hoppiness.
SMOKE & MIRRORS - Gradziskie
“Smoke & Mirrors” is a Grodziskie Beer. Grodziskie is a historical Polish beer style that was nearly extinct by the end of the 20th Century. In large part, homebrewers saved the style, but there are still very few commercial examples of it available.
Smoke & Mirrors is made of 100% oak-smoked wheat malt, noble Saaz hops, and joined with traditional yeast. This is a highly carbonated, low-alcohol beer with a clear, light color, medium levels of hop bitterness, and a nice smokey aroma and flavor. Sometimes referred to as “Polish Champagne,” this beer will complement nearly any food choice and is a treat to drink!
CODE OF HAMMURABI - Imperial Stout
Hammurabi is big, dark, rich, and complex. Smooth mouthfeel with roasty, dark and dried fruit flavors. It has all of those things that you would expect from an Imperial Stout. Brewed way back in February, 2021 (in Brewpub years, that’s a LOT), We have been conditioning and flavoring it since. We have 1 flavor variant on tap and 4 in bottles to go.
Amburana Wood Infusion: A Brazilian wood species used along with charred white oak. Everything you taste, like vanilla, cinnamon and other spice comes from wood. A fantastic aroma and flavor combination.
Bottles to Go
White Oak: Good, old white oak. Adding smoothness and vanilla to the beer.
Bourbon Barrel: White Oak soaked in bourbon giving the beer the Bourbon Barrel Aged flavor so highly sought after. We used “Ordeal” Bourbon, from Panther Distillery in Osakis, MN. It is a soft, smooth, and caramelly Bourbon.
Cabernet Sauvignon Barrel: White Oak, soaked in “Josh Cellars” Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine adds another layer of complexity and rounds out the deep, rich fruit flavors.

A Foremost Favorite. We use MN based Gray Duck vodka, fresh lemon juice, blackberries and agave nectr. All topped with homemade ginger beer.
MAPLE OLD FASHIONED
Bourbon with a local maple syrup, four dashes of bitters, an orange and black cherry finish this classic
DARK & STORMY
Dark Rum, fresh squeezed lime juice topped off with ginger beer. Garnished with a lime wedge.
This Is our take on the Side Care. We use a local apple liqueur, paired with fresh lemon juice, and agave nectar and topped with soda water.
Just the right amount of kick! Orange liqueur, tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and a hint of Hell-Fire bitters to finish.
Gin, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, shaken and poured into a low ball with ice. Topped with dark berries and lemon slice.

Five pretzels baked warm and served with our own Foremost beer cheese sauce.
Olive Bread (V)
Pickled olive and vegetable mix chopped and served on a ciabatta bread. Topped with mozzarella and toasted. Served with red sauce for dipping.
Three flour tortillas filled with pork carnitas. Served with pico de gallo and cilantro-lime crema.

Wasabi Sliders (spicy)
Four slider buns packed with puled pork, provolone cheese, and wasabi coleslaw.
Three different salamis, dill havarti, muenster, brie, crackers, dark chocolate almonds.
Tortilla chips covered in our pork carnitas, shredded cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, onion, sour cream, and avocado.
All flatbreads come on a firewood-baked crust. Available on a gluten-free crust for $3.
