Limited Release - This Baltic Porter was aged on bourbon wood to create a big bourbon flavor with notes of chocolate, vanilla and also dried fruits such as raisins, plums and prunes.

CODE OF HAMMURABI 2021-  Imperial Stout​ 

Hammurabi is big, dark, rich, and complex. Smooth mouthfeel with roasty, dark and dried fruit flavors. It has all of those things that you would expect from an Imperial Stout. Brewed way back in February, 2021 (in Brewpub years, that’s a LOT), We have been conditioning and flavoring it since.

A Foremost Favorite. We use MN based Gray Duck vodka, fresh lemon juice, blackberries and agave nectar. All topped with ginger beer.

MAPLE OLD FASHIONED

We pair an awesome local bourbon from the Panther Distillery in Osakis, MN with a local Maple Syrup. Four dashes of bitters, an orange and black cherry finish this classic.

 

APPLE CART

This is our take on the Side Care. We use a local apple liqueur, paired with fresh lemon juice, and agave nectar and topped with soda water.

SPICY MARGARITA

Just the right amount of kick! Orange liqueur, tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and a hint of Hell-Fire bitters to finish.​
